Consulting on process
FREYMATIC stands for customer-specific systems that integrate seamlessly into upstream and downstream processes. The earlier our technical consultants are involved in the evaluation of a new system or the modification of an existing blasting system, the greater the chances of success in terms of functionality, workpiece handling, and cost efficiency.
Service and maintenance
Our ROXOR blasting systems are used in safety-critical applications. Our expert service team performs periodic maintenance and required calibrations for you or supports your maintenance personnel in carrying them out. In the event of unexpected issues, we assist you via remote support or with short-notice on-site service. We also offer this service for existing Baiker systems.
With a maintenance contract, you ensure the long-term value retention of your investment and benefit from a 24-hour intervention time through our hotline.
Retrofit
Changing applications can be accommodated through retrofitting with ROXOR core functions from our modular system. Whether upgrading to a new blasting media, optimizing measurement and control, or enhancing the electronics, our solutions are precisely integrated into your existing blasting system and seamlessly embedded into its control system.
