Solid and straightforward
The Leancut LC is a column-controlled cutter with individual drives for cutter carriage advance and cutting movement. Thanks to its modular structure, this type of cutter can be designed for the respective needs. For example, it can be designed for the cutting of multiple extruded light wall blocks, ceiling blocks, wall blocks or even standard bricks. It cuts precise slugs for roof tile presses with closed molds as well as ceramic pipes, or – using an oscillating wire – extremely thin-walled catalyst bodies.

FEATURES
- Robust, simple and therefore low-maintenance machinery
- Top-mounted cutting drive, leaving the space below the cutting area mainly free
- Control can be mounted directly on the machine frame if required, which reduces the time and effort required for installation and commissioning to a minimum
- Drive elements are equipped with plugs and can therefore be easily replaced
